Shipping

Most products sold online fall into three categories:

 

  1. Shipping within 5 business days: This applies to standard products available in black or grey colors.
  2. Shipping within 10 business days: This includes Quick Shipping Products for which the purchaser has selected from a variety of fabric colors available in the program.
  3. Shipping within 4 to 6 weeks: This timeframe is for office chairs that are customized with fabrics not included in the Quick Shipping program.

We will provide a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped.

We reserve the right to ship “best way.”


Most chairs will be shipped one per box, except for some guest chairs where a box may contain more than one chair, shipped “best way.”
Orders must be received by 11 am EST to be counted that day.

All shipments must include the exact address, including postal code, contact name, and telephone number. Deliveries to PO Boxes are not permitted.

 

FREE Shipping Exceptions

Some of our most popular products offer free shipping to most parts of Canada. You will see a clear Free Shipping Banner on those chairs. However, we cannot honor this offering for:

  • Remote areas and most postal codes containing double zeroes, as the cost of shipping large and heavy boxes to these locations is disproportionately expensive compared to the cost of the chair.
  • Chairs which come in very large boxes: While most chairs come in courier-sized cases, a few chairs come in oversized boxes for which the shipping cost is too expensive for us to offer free shipping. For these chairs, you won't see the FREE shipping banner.

In cases where the cost of shipping is prohibitively expensive, we will contact the buyer to determine if they are willing to pay for the extra costs involved or if they prefer to cancel the order and receive a full refund. This version maintains clarity and organization while incorporating your addition effectively.

Returns

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained BEFORE any item is returned to Office Seating. Please call us to 416.971.5054 to obtain an RMA number within 15 days of the delivery date; this applies to all RMAs regardless of the reason.

You may return an unused, un-assembled item, in its original packing including all parts, instructions and user manuals, within 15 days of delivery. A 35% re-stocking fee will be charged in case you return an item.

In case of returns, the customer must pay the returning shipping costs.

We will pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or the item is defective).

Warranties

All products we sell are NEW and covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

In the unlikely case you need to use the warranty, we will assist you to expedite the solution to your issue.
