Shipping

Most products sold online fall into two categories:

  • shipping within 5 to 7 business days, or
  • shipping within 2 to 3 weeks

We will provide a tracking number as soon as the order is shipped

We reserve the right to ship “best way”.

Most of the chairs will be shipped one per box with the exception of some guest chairs where a box may contain more than one chair and it will be shipped “best way”.

Orders must be received by 11am EST for orders to be counted that day.

All shipments must include the exact address including postal code, contact name and telephone number. There wont be deliveries to PO Boxes.

FREE Shipping Exceptions

  1. Some of our most popular products offer free shipping to most of Canada. However, we can not honour this offering for remote areas and most of the postal codes containing double zeroes as the cost of shipping large and heavy boxes to those locations is disproportionately expensive compared to the cost of the chair. In cases where the cost of shipping is prohibitively expensive we will contact the buyer to determine if he/she is willing to pay for the extra costs involved or if he/she prefers to cancel the order and get a full refund.
  2. Fuel Surcharge: Unfortunately, due to the rising cost in fuel, we were forced to implement a $10 fuel surcharge per order. This additional fee will be show as Shipping. For those orders where we offer FREE Shipping, Shipping will show as $10.00.

Returns

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained BEFORE any item is returned to Office Seating. Please call us to 416.971.5054 to obtain an RMA number within 15 days of the delivery date; this applies to all RMAs regardless of the reason.

You may return an unused, un-assembled item, in its original packing including all parts, instructions and user manuals, within 15 days of delivery. A 35% re-stocking fee will be charged in case you return an item.

In case of returns, the customer must pay the returning shipping costs.

We will pay the return shipping costs ONLY if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or the item is defective).

Warranties

All NEW products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

In the unlikely case you need to use the Warranty, we will assist you to expedite the solution to your issue.
