Founder Robb Bouck, is no stranger to the office furniture industry. In fact, at the age of 10 years, he made his first furniture sale while working for his father; Jeff’s atWork Office Furniture. 

Early on, Robb recognized a major flaw in the office furniture business; orders could take months to deliver and he knew that needed to change. 

Today, Icon Office Environments designs, manufacturers, delivers and stands behind quality, affordable furniture that is available to clients as quickly as a few days.

The Environment

Our products are manufactured using materials from sustainable forests and other well managed sources of wood fibre. All of our suppliers are thoroughly checked to ensure they are producing in a responsible manner. We take our environmental responsibilities very seriously. Our facilities were completely renovated in Dec 2009. From start to finish we took advantage of new technologies to reduce our impact on the local environment

    Our raw board contains 88% recycled and recovered wood fibre 
  2. CARB Compliance
    Our board is currently compliant with the phase 2 limit for the California air resource board (CARB)
  3. LEED Credits: Our panels qualify for up to 6 credits in the leadership in energy and environmental design (LEED) green building rating system.
  4. EPP Certification: Our raw board is compliant with both the CPA certification program specification for particleboard and HUD formaldehyde emission standard 24 DFR part.
  5. Lifetime Warranty
    Our products are commercial grade and covered by a limited lifetime warranty.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

The ICON Limited Lifetime Warranty is our affirmation to you that the ICON products you purchase will be free from defective material or workmanship for the life of the product.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for typical commercial usage. ICON defines typical commercial usage as a 44 hour work week being used by persons weighing 275 lbs.or less.

This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence of care or operation, alterations, accident, vandalism, rust or corrosion, improper assembly acts of nature or any other event not listed beyond the control of ICON Office Environments.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage resulting from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 44 hours per week, a one year warranty on all parts applies.

All ICON product lines, materials, and components are covered by your ICON Limited Lifetime Warranty except for the items described below.The specific product lines, materials, and components listed below are covered under ICON’s 12-Year and 5-Year Warranties (from date of purchase).

12-YEAR WARRANTY

  • Seating controls

  • Laminate Surfaces

5-YEAR WARRANTY

  • Seating textiles

EXCLUSIONS

  • Modifications or attachments to the product
  • Products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions

LIMITED 5-YEAR WARRANTY

ICON promises to repair or replace any ICON product or component that is found to be defective in material or workmanship within 5 years from the date of original purchase.

All warranties are limited to the original purchaser for typical commercial usage. ICON defines typical commercial usage as a 44 hour work week being used by persons weighing 250 lbs.or less.

This warranty will not cover labor, freight or damage from accident, vandalism, rust or corrosion, improper assembly, acts of nature or any other event not listed beyond the control of ICON Office Environments.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage resulting from normal use. Liability for incidental or consequential damages is excluded.

The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product. When usage is more than 44 hours per week, a one year warranty on all parts applies.

LIMITATIONS

Upholstery on chairs is warranted for 2 years from date of purchase
