A unique inner support system helps reduce back strain by guiding your back into a correct healthy posture.

  • Schukra™ adjustable lumbar support.
  • The backrest continuously supports the natural lazy "S" curve of your spine.
  • Choose from knee-tilter, multi-tilter, operator, task chair, drafting operator chair, heavy duty 24/7 multi-tilter, armchair and side chair.
  • New elastomeric back suspension system for even and gentle back support.
  • Multi-Tilters are standard with sliding seat depth (MD).
  • Standard with height and width adjustable arms (G3) with "sliding armcaps" that articulate inwards 30 degrees.
  • Standard with a five legged, injection molded reinforced nylon black base. An optional polished aluminum base is available at an upcharge.
  • Heavy duty multi-tilter models are available, rated for users up to 350lbs.

    Decent chair - room for improvement.

    Chair is overall quite comfortable and has a lot of great controls and features. Very customizable. That said, the lumbar lacks padding and digs into my lower back more than I'd like, even with the lumbar control set to minimum. The parcel took a good 4 business days before being shipped out, and the box was damaged all to hell when it got here, but the chair itself was still in good condition. Be very careful when screwing the back to the base of the chair. The screw holes are very cheaply threaded and it would be all to easy to strip a screw if you're not careful during installation. All in all, a decent experience, but likely the last chair I'll ever buy without sitting in it first.

    Comfortable seat and back but padded arm rests would be much more comfy ( I have put thick towels over them for now) and a lock on them so they don't move forward and back or on any other direction would be better.

    Pretty good!

    Not quite what I expected, but still a good chair. Plenty of adjustment. My primary complaining is with the material. It's quite rough and not particularly comfortable through thin clothing. I find that the upholstery on the back rest isn't particularly well adhered either so when I lean forward I can hear it 'peeling' off the back cushion.

    Obusforme 1260-3

    I was sitting in the chair just under 48 hours after ordering. Fantastic service. This appears to be the top-of-the-line Obusforme ergonomic chair. All the features and adjustments you could possible need, and then some. No flimsy mesh here. Plywood and layers of dense foam ensure a comfortable, stable seat and back. The armrests are firm, with a soft feel, adjustable up, down, in, out, and swivel. The Elastomeric back support not only supports your back, it aligns it, to the best position. The Schukra lumbar support is easily adjustable, adding to the comfort and spine support, as required. But, because this chair is so adjustable, it may take some time to get it right. It’s worth it. One shortcoming. If you check around, you’ll find that Obusforme is uniquely Canadian. The only mention of this on the chair, is a stamp on the bottom that says ‘Made in Canada’. Nobody’s gonna see that. There’s already an ‘Obusforme’ label stitched into the seam on the back. Why not add a stitched-in Canadian flag? Eh?

    Comfortable chair & fast shipping

    I really love the chairs foam and material are very comfortable. The ergonomic features are very good especially the lumbar support "Schkura". Take the time to set it right, before sitting to avoid back pain in long term. Shipping was fast.
