Not quite what I expected, but still a good chair. Plenty of adjustment. My primary complaining is with the material. It's quite rough and not particularly comfortable through thin clothing. I find that the upholstery on the back rest isn't particularly well adhered either so when I lean forward I can hear it 'peeling' off the back cushion.
I was sitting in the chair just under 48 hours after ordering. Fantastic service. This appears to be the top-of-the-line Obusforme ergonomic chair. All the features and adjustments you could possible need, and then some. No flimsy mesh here. Plywood and layers of dense foam ensure a comfortable, stable seat and back. The armrests are firm, with a soft feel, adjustable up, down, in, out, and swivel. The Elastomeric back support not only supports your back, it aligns it, to the best position. The Schukra lumbar support is easily adjustable, adding to the comfort and spine support, as required. But, because this chair is so adjustable, it may take some time to get it right. It’s worth it. One shortcoming. If you check around, you’ll find that Obusforme is uniquely Canadian. The only mention of this on the chair, is a stamp on the bottom that says ‘Made in Canada’. Nobody’s gonna see that. There’s already an ‘Obusforme’ label stitched into the seam on the back. Why not add a stitched-in Canadian flag? Eh?

I really love the chairs foam and material are very comfortable. The ergonomic features are very good especially the lumbar support "Schkura". Take the time to set it right, before sitting to avoid back pain in long term. Shipping was fast.
